To accompany your prayers of support this card gives the image of the angels who are present in the hospice experience. The image of the angels comes from the beautiful book "Midwife of Souls: Spiritual Care for the Dying" by Kathy Kalina, Pauline Press. Artist Kate Kellar depicts the 3 angles as representatives of the caregiver's, the patient's and your guardian angels. These angels and all of heaven are assisting during these beautiful moments of life and grace. The inside salutation is from 2 Cor.4:16-18 "So we do not lose heart. Even though our outer nature is wasting away, our inner nature is being renewed day by day. For this slight momentary affliction is preparing us for an eternal weight of glory beyond all measure, becasue we look not at what can be seen but at what cannot be seen; for what can be seen is temporary, but what cannot be seen is eternal."
